Proper strength and conditioning enable athletes to elevate their sports performance, strengthen supporting muscles, correct imbalances, enhance mobility, and improve posture. This training stabilizes joints, introduces new movement patterns, and boosts coordination and peripheral skills.  Boxing has unique training methods and we emphasize specific exercises to prevent injuries and maximize sport performance.
