Participants of this group class will learn new motor skills through through the sport of boxing coupled with engaging and sensory-rich activities. They will be facing stimulating challenges that encourage agile thinking and resilience. This class is designed to bring the brain and body together with mindful movement. Regular attendance in these classes will improve your overall fitness, balance and mobility. This is all practiced in a hard working, fun and age-friendly atmosphere.
