This class concentrates on assisting youth in further developing physical and social skills through meaningful movement and the sport of boxing. Each session will include strength and conditioning followed by sport specific drills and partner work. We believe in helping children to learn self discipline and to appreciate working hard while having loads of fun! This class is part of a progressive program for 8 - 14 years (15 yrs + attend the adult boxing class times). Participants will demonstrate their progressive learning by sharing their training goals with the coaches who will in turn assist the youth in reaching them.
