QUIET YOGA/GENERAL Open to all. This class is for all levels…Students are given a range of few poses, and allowing longer time. It may include supported standing poses, twists, seated forward bends, and gentle backbends. In the class the body and mind has a chance to find calm, restore and revitalize. Instructions are given on the fundamentals of body alignment with all the yoga postures. Students develop their ability to practice yoga safely and to understand its beneficial effects.
