Yoga Beginner Basics are for individuals who have little to no yoga experience. These courses are an optimal way for everyone to get to experience yoga. This class introduces you to using props and builds upon your weekly classes throughout term with Yoga Bloom. It is recommended to do this class before Beginner classes.


During the class with us you will learn:

  • Basic standing and seated poses
  • Twists
  • Simple backbends
  • And start on a preparation to shoulder stand.
