Women's Health Weekend: Hormonal Resilience & Pelvic Floor Wellness

Join us for an insightful and empowering two-day workshop designed to educate, support, and equip women with practical tools for lifelong well-being. This weekend event explores hormonal resilience, perimenopause, and menopause on Day 1 and pelvic floor health on Day 2. You may register for the full weekend or choose to attend a single day based on your interests.

This workshop is open to yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in understanding their own body more deeply. Each day includes a combination of lecture, discussion, and movement-based practices, providing both a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology as well as practical tools you can apply to daily life.

Day 1: Hormonal Resilience & Menopause Wellness

  • Understanding hormonal shifts in perimenopause and menopause
  • The impact of these changes on the nervous system, metabolism, bones, and overall health
  • Lifestyle strategies for hormonal balance, including movement, breathwork, and stress management
  • How yoga and mindfulness can support resilience during hormonal transitions

Day 2: Pelvic Floor Health & Function

  • Anatomy and function of the pelvic floor across different life stages
  • Common dysfunctions, including incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain
  • How breath, posture, and movement impact pelvic health
  • Yoga, exercises, and practical tools for pelvic floor awareness and strength

This weekend is designed to provide valuable, evidence-based information along with accessible and effective self-care techniques to help you feel strong, informed, and in control of your well-being. Whether you're attending for personal growth or professional development, you’ll leave with actionable tools and a deeper understanding of women's health.
