In this class, you'll be guided through fundamental poses for yoga and mat pilates with clear, step-by-step instruction, helping you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. 


We'll focus on connecting breath to movement, exploring healthy alignment in key poses and pilates movements, and developing body awareness in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Modifications are offered throughout to ensure the practice is accessible for every body type and fitness level.
