In this class, you'll be guided through fundamental poses with clear, step-by-step instruction, helping you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. 


We'll focus on connecting breath to movement, exploring healthy alignment in key poses, and developing body awareness in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Modifications are offered throughout to ensure the practice is accessible for every body type and fitness level.
