This Level 1 class focuses on moving mindfully and slowly in order to safely build strength and mobility throughout the entire body. This class is perfect for the student wishing to develop or improve body awareness, physical recovery, agility, endurance, and mindfulness. We will move with intention to create stability and balance by practicing poses that help promote flexibility, muscular and bone strength, as well as a mind-body connection.
