The Foundations of Yoga class is designed for new students and all students interested in building and strengthening the foundation of their yoga practice. If you're new to the practice, just getting back to your practice, or want a refresh of the fundamentals, this class is perfect for you!
The slower pace of this class allows for more time to learn and explore the asanas (postures),
while building a solid and safe foundation for your practice. This class is created to be extremely accessible and ideal for anyone interested in developing a mindful, connected, and conscious yoga practice.
