This class integrates strength, balance and flexibility while harnessing the power of the breath. Mindful transitions and longer holds will have you sweating. We safely build up heat towards the beginning and cool down towards the end, leading to savasana. This class strengthens and refines the foundation of your yoga practice while challenging your body and mind. You’ll leave feeling energized and focused with a deep sense of calm and balance.
