Steve
Steve Maxwell is a pioneer of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the United States. One of the first Americans to earn a black belt under the Gracie family, he founded the first Gracie-approved academy on the East Coast and is a multiple-time Pan American Jiu Jitsu champion.
Roarke
Roarke Jennings has been training in karate and wushu since 2011. He appreciates the active pursuit of physical fitness, mental focus, and spiritual connection that these arts provoke.
Anna Mae
Anna Mae is a Trauma Informed 500hr Yoga + Embodied Presence (Somatics) Guide, with an additional 100+hrs of advanced study in Yin (Taoist) Yoga & Qigong. She also holds certification in Sound Healing//Sonic Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and Empowered Heart Intuitive Counsel & Group Facilitation.
Joseph Churchill
Dentista (Joe Churchill) began training capoeira in 2007 in Buffalo. After intensive study in Omaha with Contramestre Pererê, he joined Capoeira Angola Oxóssi. Since 2018, he has been sharing capoeira in Sequim, and is now bringing Capoeira to The Hive.
