Develop your stand up skills utilizing techniques originating from Dutch kickboxing and San Shau. We work with live partners to get your mixed martial art focused stand-up fighting skill and conditioning on point utilizing focus mitts, thai pads, suitcase pads and belly pads.
We strictly emphasize the importance of range, level, angle, speed, focus, breath, precision, timing and much much more.
