Take your martial art to the next level as we meld concepts from Dutch kickboxing, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, submission wrestling and pankration. We explore martial concepts and adapt them to find what will work for YOUR unique size, strength, skill level and mindset.  Smooth out your martial training with progressive compound movements and a dash of calisthenic strength and conditioning.
