Get the most out of your strength and conditioning commitment and well being. We will be mixing it up using heavy 80 to 250 pound sandbags, 6 to 100 pound medicine balls, battle ropes, rings, competition style kettle bells, barbells, jump boxes and much more to diversify your overall fitness. Get out of the stuck routines and plateaus. Maximize your functionality with a like minded community.
