SERIES OF CLASSES

This is fun day-camp experience for kids who love aerial yoga and want to do more! Please sign up your child for one aerial class prior to signing them up for the week to ensure that they know what it feels like to be in an aerial hammock. 

During this week kids will spend an hour at a time playing in the hammocks, alternating with fun field games outside at the town green or in the studio. The week will culminate with a short choreographed performance for adults on Friday afternoon so the kids can show their adults all the fun flips and tricks they have learned.

This week incorporates basic aerial poses that help build strength and focus as we relax and play in the silk hammocks. There is always a lot of laughter in the studio and playful exploration is encouraged! Every pose is 'challenge by choice' and kids can decide what feels best for them as they build confidence.
