Angie Kobernik, Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher, discovered her love for yoga in the early 2000s through the powerful connection of breath and movement. She encourages her students to be fully present, reminding them that nothing matters but the now. Through consistent practice, meditation, and pranayama, Angie has found yoga to be not only a lifesaver, but a path to truly thriving.
Her passion for movement led her to the playful adventure of Aerial Yoga, where she loves the confidence it builds and, above all, the fun it brings. Outside the studio, Angie enjoys road trips across the U.S. with her dog, traveling the world with friends, and reading — she’s always happy to receive a great book recommendation.
