Lindsay Tepper, Certified Yoga Instructor, RYT-200, Children's Yoga Certification, Trauma-Informed & Prenatal Yoga, Lindsay's path to teaching yoga deepened through motherhood and her own journey of learning to slow down and listen to her body. Her practice became a refugeāa place to reconnect with herself and restore a sense of safety within. She teaches gentle, grounding practices rooted in restorative yoga and somatic awareness, weaving in accessible education about the nervous system. Lindsay's approach is informed by her lived experience as a mother and her dedication to supporting the mothering body. She believes yoga is a pathway to regulating the nervous system, reconnecting with our bodies, and learning to tend to ourselves in sustainable, nourishing ways. Her classes invite students to slow down, feel held, and remember that healing happens when we create space for rest and reconnection.
