Kelly Kennie, Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher, fell in love with aerial yoga after her first class and it immediately became a vital part of her exercise and self care routine. Kelly loves how aerial yoga combines strength building and stretching with playful fun. Kelly also loves the balance that yoga (both aerial and traditional) brings to her weight training. Kelly works in child care and is a mother of 3. In her free time she enjoys reading, embroidery, rediscovering her connection to nature and learning to garden.
