Kara Sprague, Certified Yoga Teacher, RYT-200,  Kara believes that yoga provides a connection to self and others. Kara has received training in best practices for trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness, as well as exploring yoga through an Ayurvedic perspective. As a well-traveled yogi, Kara understands the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits that a regular yoga practice can provide adults and children. Kara loves Maine, yoga, traveling, kayaking, hiking, biking, and anything involving the outdoors!
