💜 If you would like to donate but are unable to attend, purchase the pass with your desired donation amount and skip the class sign-up. 💜

Laugh, fly and play, in support of our immigrant community.

Aerial Flow is a wonderful class for beginners new to aerial yoga and for all levels. The hammocks are hung at hip height, and we move through a combination of poses touching the ground and poses fully supported in the hammocks. There is always the option to choose your own adventure and stay more grounded or take flight. Students will have the chance to go upside down, though many poses are done upright.

This class incorporates shoulder and hip openers, twists, inversions, and standing balancing poses. We end with a floating savasana (rest) while cocooned in your hammock. There is always a lot of laughter in this class as we play in the hammocks.

Please do not sign up for aerial yoga if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery, have herniated or slipped discs, or have received Botox within the last two weeks.

Learn more about aerial yoga on our website. Come as you are. All are welcome.
