Guided by a contemplative meditation and the sounds of Himalayan crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, your nervous system is invited to ease. The sound waves nourish and energize, helping to shift stuck or blocked energy and bring the body back toward balance. There is nothing to do here but lie back and let the sound carry you.
