When you find yourself stuck in old patterns or struggling to adopt new habits, it may have less to do with willpower or mindset and more to do with an inner child quietly asking, "Is it safe now? Will I still be loved?" The inner child is the part of you that first learned how to survive in order to be loved. They learned which emotions were safe to express, which desires felt like "too much," and which parts of themselves needed to stay hidden in order to belong. Those early adaptations shaped your identity, your relationships, your self-worth, your capacity to receive, and even how safe growth and expansion feel in your body today. 

In this deeply restorative sound bath, you'll be cradled in a soft aerial hammock, suspended and held as you settle into stillness. There is something profoundly safe about being gently supported off the ground, the body free to fully let go. From this cocoon of weightless rest, you'll be guided through meditation, visualization, and the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to gently access the subconscious memories and emotional imprints that still live within the body.

As the nervous system softens and the mind enters a deeply receptive state, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with your younger self, offer compassion where it was once needed, release emotional patterns that no longer serve you, and reclaim the joy, creativity, safety, and wholeness that have always been yours.

No aerial experience is needed. You'll simply rest, held and supported, for the length of the journey.
