This workshop is for mothers in all stages—whether you're in the thick of early motherhood, navigating the middle years, or holding space for adult children. If you're tired of running on empty, this practice will fill your cup. Imagine setting down the weight of constant demand. Just for 90 minutes. Just for you.
In this gentle practice, we create space for mothers to simply be—not to achieve, not to produce, not to care for anyone else. Through slow, supported movement, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation, we'll guide your nervous system from doing mode into deep rest. As your body settles into bolsters and blankets, something loosens. Your body remembers what it feels like to receive instead of always giving.
This is yoga as medicine for the mother's body—the one that's been touched out, wrung out, poured out. A gentle reminder to your nervous system: it's safe to let go. Safe to receive. Safe to soften.
After our restorative practice, we gather over tea. A chance to enjoy real conversation with other mothers who understand what you're carrying. This is the part women often say they didn't know they needed, finding strength and support in community. A reminder that you are not alone in this, your experience is shared, seen, and understood.
You'll experience:
- Gentle restorative yoga sequences to release tension
- Breathwork and meditation for nervous system regulation
- Connection with other mothers in a held, sacred space
Everything is provided—just bring yourself. No yoga experience needed.
