Ease into your body and befriend your lower back through slow, mindful movements that teach you how to move with more confidence, less pain, and deeper awareness.
In this workshop we will practice stretching, rocking, and releasing tight tissues while calming your nervous system into a receptive state—the exact place where real transformation happens. You'll build strength and mobility with slow, exploratory movements where you choose your intensity, wake up the under-moved parts of your body, and reintegrate them into your whole system.
This workshop is for you if you want to ease chronic pain and discomfort, move with more fluidity and confidence in your daily life, and understand why you're moving this way and how to apply it beyond class. By slowing down and moving with awareness, you'll discover what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
