In this workshop, you'll be guided through restorative yoga designed to activate your body's natural relaxation response, paired with self-compassion meditation practices that help you turn toward yourself with the same kindness you'd offer a dear friend.
As you rest in each pose, you'll explore practices that quiet self-judgment and invite a more loving relationship with your inner experience—learning to pause with care during difficult moments, recognize your shared humanity, and offer yourself the compassion you deserve.
Through body scans, loving-kindness meditation, and mindful breathing, you'll develop a deeper connection to your body's wisdom while the restorative postures support you in releasing tension, grounding into the present moment, and integrating these practices into your daily life.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels. A $35 workshop pass is required. Come as you are. All are welcome.
