Prepare for the abundance of summer with this clearing and harmonizing 'sound bath' workshop. As we transition into summer, we invite you to join us in this workshop that mirrors the energy of the season. Participants lay in restful postures and allow the vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments to wash over them. Invite your nervous system to slow down and ease into the energy of the season.
Sound vibrations help harmonize the emotional and energetic body. They help to shift stuck or blocked energy and restore balance to the body while you are guided into rest. Sound waves help to both nourish and energize the nervous system. They also help guide the mind and body into a state of relaxation. No experience necessary.
This class requires a workshop pass. Members receive a 10% discount. All are welcome. Come as you are.
