Lay in an aerial hammock, cocooned and gently swaying above the ground in the light of the full moon while being guided through the Yoga Nidra meditation. Essential Oils will be offered as a way to help deepen your practice and clear energetic blocks.
Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a meditative practice that invites a deep state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. In this workshop you will be guided into the dreamlike space between sleep and wakefulness— into a state of deep relaxation where breathing and thoughts are slowed while laying in an aerial hammock-gently swaying and cocooned just above the ground.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels. One hour of this practice is equivalent to 4 hours of regular sleep and helps lower stress, improve mental clarity, and increase energy. A workshop pass is required.
