Join Sri Devi for an afternoon of learning simple Sanskrit chants tuning in to the vibration of peace.
Join us in a comfortable seated position as we create sound vibrations through chanting to harmonize the subtle body. In Sanskrit shanti means peace. Shanti mantras are useful on 3 levels: Peace with things we cannot control ( natural disasters, the weather, death, etc). Peace with things we have some control over ( relationships with other people). Peace with the one thing we have control over ~ our mind.Cultivate inner and outer peace with a group practice ending with a guided meditation and bring what you learn home to incorporate greater peace in your day-to-day.
