This is a great aerial class for folks who have taken a few aerial classes before. We use the aerial hammock to support and decompress the spine and while strength-building. This class builds on skills from Aerial Flow while incorporating sequences influenced by vinyasa, full inversions and core-strengthening. This class incorporates shoulder & hip openers, twists, inversions and standing balancing poses. The class ends with a floating savasana (rest) while cocooned in your hammock. Come fly & laugh with us! This is a light-hearted class where we play and build strength and flexibility using the hammocks.
Please do not sign up for aerial yoga if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery or herniated or slipped discs or received botox within the last two weeks.
