Decompress and lengthen your spine! This is a great aerial class for beginners and all levels. No previous experience needed! It is unlike a ‘regular’ yoga class because we use the aerial hammock to support and decompress the spine and joints with some gentle strength building. This class incorporates shoulder & hip openers, twists, inversions and standing balancing poses. The class ends with a floating savasana (rest) while cocooned in your hammock. There is always a lot of laughter in this class as we play in the hammocks!

Please do not sign up for aerial yoga if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery or herniated or slipped discs or received botox within the last two weeks.
