Workshop: Solstice Sound Bath

Join us for this special summer solstice "sound bath" workshop where participants lay in a restful posture and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to wash over them. Crystal singing bowls are played during this workshop to help clear energy and further nourish the body and soul while you are guided into rest. The sound waves of crystal singing bowls help to both nourish and energize the nervous system. The vibrations help to shift stuck or blocked energy and restore balance to the body. They also help guide the mind and body into a state of relaxation
