This practice uses the aerial hammocks, bolsters and blankets to support the body in gentle opening postures that we stay in for longer periods of time. The class ends with a floating savasana (rest) while cocooned in your hammock. This is a great aerial class for beginners and all levels. It is a blend of traditional yin yoga postures with the support of aerial hammocks to further open the body.
Please do not sign up for aerial yoga if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery or herniated or slipped discs or received botox within the last two weeks.
