An intro to Barre. You can use light weights, cans or small stress balls. You will also need a chair

Barre is a low impact, light weight workout. It is designed to build long lean muscle. We use light weights or body weight to exhaust each muscle group.
A chair or resistance band may also be used. You can choose some household items if you do not have weights. i.e cans, water bottles etc.
