This class combines core, cardio and strength exercises to ensure your heart rate is elevated and every muscle group is conditioned each class. 
We use a variety of equipment in these classes.
Beginner modifications are always available.
During the next 4 months we will be incorporating hyrox events into our boot camp. 1km runs, rowing, ski erg, wall balls, etc. All are welcome!
