Welcome to Fusion Workouts: A combination of Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, and Barre. You'll discover an approach combining four disciplines that will help you gain strength, muscle definition, flexibility, balance, and overall mind–body health. Body weight, light weights along with bands and other props will be used to work our full body.
