Join pelvic health physiotherapist Hannah Barnes and yoga instructor Yeva Glover for a workshop on pre- and post-natal health and recovery. This workshop will include information and practice on healthy pelvic floor function and rehab, as well as a yoga practice to support body, mind, and spirit. All stages of pregnancy/post-partum welcome.

The pelvic floor plays an important role in our daily function. During and after pregnancy can be a time when many women first experience signs of pelvic-floor dysfunction. These can include incontinence, prolapse, back, pelvic or hip pain, pain with intercourse or a feeling of lack of support and stability. By understanding the role of the pelvic floor and addressing dysfunction early, we can often resolve these problems quickly and easily.

Hannah will guide you through how and why pelvic floor dysfunction presents and how we can effectively address and treat these problems. Yeva, a certified prenatal yoga instructor with two babies of her own, will share how prenatal yoga has been an integral part of her physical, emotional, and mental health through the journey of pregnancy and motherhood. She will share a safe and strenghtening practice for new and expecting moms.
