Fresh out of level 1 or looking to sharpen up your fundamentals, this is for you! In this class we will focus on basic inversions,  intermediate hand grips, transitions, leg hangs, and proper stability and strength through more advanced movements. 

**INSTRUCTOR APPORVAL NEEDED, READ PREREQUISITES BELOW! 

*Prerequisites include strong in climbs, jasmine, genie, sits,  basic hand grips and transitions from Level 1. 

***A 5 minute late grace period is in place, however you must make the warm-up prior to class. This is for your safety, there are zero exceptions.

You may cancel class up to 12 hours prior to class time at no charge, after 12 hours you will lose the class credit.
