Static Dynamo w/ Meg the Supernova

Static Dynamo is a workshop built for the power poler who wishes to slay explosive static moves

around the base of the pole, as well as aerially. Meg will cover specialized techniques to create

energy in the body to throw the skill successfully and effectively! Flares, pendulum swings, drops and flips, nothing is off limits in this workshop!

**This workshop is suitable for Intermediate level polers and up (comfortable with climbs, inversions, leg hangs)
