No matter where you are in your flexibility journey, all are welcome in this all-levels class! Learn how to isolate individual muscle groups, build active flexibility, and work through sequences to help you gain those flex goals. In this class we will work isolations, targeted flex training, and fine tuning poses such as side splits, middle splits, and back bends. 



**A 5 minute late grace period is in place, however you must make the warm-up prior to class. This is for your safety, there are zero exceptions. 
You may cancel class up to 12 hours prior to class time at no charge, after 12 hours you will lose the class credit.
