Whether you’re just beginning your journey into perimenopause or are already in menopause (12 months since your last menstrual cycle), there are many practices and techniques we can incorporate into our lives in order to feel less discombobulated and more embodied.
In this Monday night series, we will together:
*learn more about this period of life where things are shifting dramatically for us as women
*explore yoga postures (with an emphasis on restorative yoga) for more ease and rest
*practice loving-kindness meditation for greater self-compassion and acceptance
*be in community with other women who understand this challenging transition time
