No matter what your lifestyle, we all experience and accumulate some level of stress in the body. Whether it is physical, mental, or emotional. This class is designed to help release that stored stress. Using breath with stretching and soft movement we can aid in loosening stiff muscles and release blocked or "held on to " energy helping align ourselves with a more fluid mind, body, and soul. This class is for ALL levels. Learn on the mat what you can do to have and sustain a feeling of mobility and peace off the mat. The class will incorporate essential oils (optional) and basic information on how to use essential oils to enhance wellness in your life.
