This stretching routine covers both static and dynamic stretches and works from top-to-bottom.

Neck and Shoulders Hips and Hamstrings  

Come fall in love with stretching.    This is a workout class  

Warrior Poses, Triangle, Half Moon, and so on...  Fun Poses are mixed into class.  Sun Salutations
