I'm Just Here For The Savasana
with Bethany

February 8 (Friday)
at 4:00 pm

Class length
60 minutes

The best way to tell if you need a rest day is to listen to your body. If you find you’re dreading your workout, feel worn down, or have an inclination that you might be overdoing it, take a rest day. Asking yourself these three questions is a good way to tell,  Did you sleep for 7 hours without waking up in the middle of the night? Do you desire to practice today? Are you in a good mood?

Think of practicing Savasana as a gift to yourself, your family, and the world. Taking a restorative break will not only make you feel better, it will likely make you more enjoyable to be around. When you're relaxed, you're less likely to overreact in the face of difficulty. A well-rested, balanced person is more likely to make choices that will affect the world in a positive way.
