Breathwork activates and balances all main organs and bodily systems, including the nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, and lymphatic systems. By increasing oxygen flow, you activate the vagus nerve, which calms the stress response. Conscious breathing improves circulation, digestion, and detoxification while also providing a sense of mental and physical balance.
