30-minute class infused with music aiding in discovering the rhythm of your body.

Mini trampolines are used for those recovering from injury, they’re also very effective for those without injuries who want an intense full-body workout, according to experts.

Some studies suggest that 10 minutes on the rebounder is comparable to 30 minutes on a treadmill!
