What to Expect in This Session
We begin with a gentle tapping sequence (Emotional Freedom Technique) to regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and bring the body into a state of safety and presence.
From there, we journey into the deep, restorative practice of Yoga Nidra — also known as yogic sleep — where you’ll be guided into a theta brainwave state of healing and inner awakening. Through guided visualization, body scanning, and intention setting, we access the subconscious and invite deep rest, clarity, and emotional alchemy.
