Just the basics, no fancy footwork. Learn the health bounce, down bounce and strengthening bounce with your feet firmly connected to the mat. Handlebars are available.
Rebounding is 68% more efficient than the treadmill and so much easier on your joints. 10 minutes rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill, according to a NASA study
Bonus, IT IS FUN!!!
