Yin Yoga for Beginners and Seasoned Practitioners:
Through cueing and props, Yin Yoga poses are designed to apply Moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fasciae, and ligaments) to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The practice of Yin is a meditative approach to yoga. It brings awareness of inner silence and body awareness.
