The Wave-Alternating Thursdays 9:30 a.m.
In this practice there will be a strong emphasis on alignment to ensure safety and mindful movements synchronized with breath. Creating a dance-like flow as we transition from one pose to the next while fully embodying the power in the breath. This class goes through waves of relaxation, stretching, balance work, heat, and strength building, while staying focused on keeping the body and mind connected. The classes are always different to offer variety of strengthening & creative expression, and to break from routine.
You are encouraged to listen to your body. Rest and modifications are always available along with prop use and hands on assists. This class is open to all levels.
